Are you ready for the Changes to CQC Regulation 17 (2) e?
Do you have a qualified Freedom to Speak Up Guardian for your Organisation?
Until recently the Freedom to Speak Up requirement only applied to the NHS. Now, all CQC registered organisations must comply. Giving your staff access to a Freedom 2 Speak Up (F2SU) Guardian is now a regulatory requirement. If you do not have one, you will receive a “Must Do” action in the Well Led section of your CQC report.
